  • Investment Pre-Assessment Questionnaire

    It is important to know your past treatments or therapies, physical history and lifestyle factors before assessing your body. Detailed assessment of your complete health from the outset will help you in achieving your desired goals.

  • Physical Evaluation

    Provides us with detailed and accurate information related to your current physical alignment and movement function to help identify what may be contributing to pain or poor performance in your life or sport.

  • Personalised Written Report

    Outlines the key findings of your physical evaluation and questionnaires. Understanding the function of your body as a whole is vital to our holistic, personalised approach.

  • Exercise Programme Design

    Designed specifically to meet your individual needs as determined by assessment and questionnaire(s) and therefore will target precisely your problem areas or syndromes.

  • Coaching

    Normally your programme will be taught in three one hour sessions, the first focussing on your pre-exercise mobilisations and stretches, and the second/third on your corrective strength exercises appropriate for your level.

  • Results Appointment

    If you choose not to have a written report it will be essential for you to have an appointment for us to discuss our findings. Normally we combine this with an appointment to teach you your exercise program.
